Overview
Interior design project for a 62 m² apartment located in the suburbs of Amsterdam, within the contemporary residential development Holland Park. The apartment was conceived as a blank canvas, allowing for the creation of a cohesive interior concept focused on light, functionality and spatial openness.

The challenge
Designing the entire interior of a newly built apartment while maximising the available natural light and enhancing the perception of space within a compact 62 m² layout.

Design solution

• Open-plan layout to create visual continuity between living areas
• Strategic use of natural light from the south-east corner orientation
• Cohesive material palette to unify the different spaces
• Functional space planning to optimise the apartment’s dimensions

• Natural stone
• Laminaat floor
• Leather, silk, natural wood and blackout curtains.

Result

A bright and functional apartment that maximises natural light and spatial openness, transforming a compact layout into a comfortable and contemporary living environment.
