The attic faced severe plumbing and humidity issues, requiring careful coordination with local experts from a distance.

Design solution
We oversaw repairs and guided the interior design remotely, using 2D and 3D visualisations to ensure a seamless, high-quality outcome. The design maximises natural light and highlights the ocean vistas.
