This is another excellent example of our remote design work.

The property is a three-storey house situated at the top of a hill, offering spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.

However, the attic was facing significant plumbing and humidity issues!

Our task involved reaching out to experts in Costa Rica to evaluate the current condition of the property and carry out the necessary repairs.

We turned what was originally a big empty room into three distinct spaces: a full bathroom, a sleeping area with an existing balcony and a dressing room.
