This 35-square-metre studio had been rented as an Airbnb for the past five years and is now on the real estate market.

The primary challenge was to create a versatile residence, increase the storage space, and establish a private relaxation area insulated from external noise.

We incorporated high-quality woods and temperature-insulating elements, updated the colour palette

and preserved the original vision of the owners of a multifunctional main area.
